The Work Sharp Precision Adjust Elite is an angle-adjustable knife sharpening system that stands for precision and perfect sharpening results. The sharpening angles can be adjusted in 1° increments from 15° to 30°. The Tri-Brasive handles contain diamond plates with grit 220, 320, 400, 600 and 800 and a ceramic plate with fine grit for repairing, sharpening and honing. The leather strap refines and polishes the blade for optimal results. Another ceramic rod is specially designed for sharpening serrated knives. The innovative clamp design secures the blade quickly and reliably. Supplied with a practical carrying bag.
