ORDERING & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
Found what you would like to order? Place your order by following the simple steps described when ordering and paying. Once we have received your order and payment confirmation, all you have to do is wait or go to the store to pick up your order.
How can I pay?
You can choose from the following payment methods: iDeal, Mastercard, VISA and PayPal.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are € 3.90 for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. If you order for more than € 50, shipping is free.
How will my order be delivered?
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped as a package with PostNL including Track & Trace service. PostNL is responsible for the delivery. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, PostNL works together with a delivery service from the relevant country.
What is the delivery time for my order?
If you order on a working day within the Netherlands or Belgium, you will generally receive your order within 2-3 working days. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM, Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be shipped the next working day. You will receive the Track & Trace data as soon as your order has been processed. Shipments to a European country other than the Netherlands or Belgium differs per country.
Pick up in stores is possible, if available, immediately!
Can I track my package?
When we have processed your package, you will receive the Track & Trace data by e-mail. From the moment we transfer your package to PostNL, you can track the status of the order.
WARRANTY EXCHANGE AND RETURN
What should I do if I have received an incomplete or defective product?
We put together our products with the greatest possible care. Do you still have the idea that something is missing with the delivered product or that something is defective? Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt via 020-6270043 (option 4) or email@example.com (please include photo). We strive to provide you with the missing parts or a new product as soon as possible.
I have received the wrong product. What now?
We put together your order with the greatest possible care. If you have nevertheless received the wrong item, we ask you to return the product with PostNL in the Netherlands and from abroad with the standard carrier. We will refund the standard costs for the return to your bank account. Use the return form for this. Of course, we do not charge shipping costs for sending the correct product.
How can I return my product?
If you want to return the order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt. You can choose to return your order by post or return it to one of our stores. The costs for return shipment to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately Euro 6.95 per package. Returning the item to the store is free.
Your product must be returned / returned in its original condition, unworn and with original packaging.
Please note: it is no longer possible to return after the 14-day cooling-off period.
How do I get my money back?
As soon as we have received your items, we will refund the order amount owed as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days after receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If you choose to return your order in one of our stores, you will not receive the amount back in the store.
