The Spyderco Gauntlet Select is a manual sharpening system that makes your knives razor sharp without oil, water or electricity. The select is supplied with 2 oval ceramic sharpening stones, which are placed in the cut-resistant plastic base at an angle of 20°. Smooth knives can be sharpened with the flat side of the stone; if the stone is turned to the pointed side, knives with a serration can be sharpened.
