The Work Sharp Precision Adjust Upgrade Kit is meant as an addition to the Worksharp Precision Adjust Sharpening System. Two of these have three different sharpening sides each, just like the stone that is supplied standard with the sharpening system, and combined feature diamond plates in the grits 220, 320, 400, 600 and 800 grit, and a very fine white ceramic stone. The third stone that comes with the kit has two functions: one side is a leather strop with green stropping compound imbedded in it, and can be used to apply a final polish to the edge of your knife. The other side is a thin, cylindrical ceramic rod, perfect to maintain knives with a serrated edge. Additionally, the upgrade kit comes with a solid case that snugly fits bot the sharpening system and the different stones.

The Upgrade Kit is ideal for people who want to achieve even finer results with their Worksharp sharpening system. Because of the great diversity of grit sizes it offers, edges with different kinds of damage can be treated as effectively as possible. Additionally, the relatively small steps between the grit sizes allow for every next step up in grit size to easily refine the scratch pattern left by the previous stone. This way you achieve an optimal result from your sharpening job.

In addition, the Upgrade Kit comes with a solid case in which both the sharpening system and the extra sharpening stones can be stored compactly.

The Upgrade Kit is especially ideal for people who want even more refined results from their sharpening system. Due to the wide variety of grain sizes in the system, cuts with different degrees of damage can be repaired as effectively as possible.
