The Belgian lump Bout No 4 100% natural "yellow" sharpening stone ( Coticule Jaune standard ) from the Belgian Ardennes. Due to special geological quirks of nature, this stone contains about 35-40% garnet. This ensures excellent grinding properties. Very fine stone with a comparable grain size grid 6000. The Ardennes-Coticule sharpening stone is a non-porous sharpening stone that should only be used with a little water. The resulting grinding paste gives an unprecedentedly beautiful grinding result.
