The Fällkniven Diamond Ceramic DC3 is a combination of diamond and ceramic in 1 sharpening stone. A diamond stone (25 microns) and a very special ceramic stone, made of synthetic sapphires. This material is very durable and retains its shape. And this is very important to keep sharpening the blades properly. This is because of the high hardness of Fällkniven knives. Everyone can keep them sharp with this specially developed sharpening stone. With this technique no wet oil is needed. Once in a while, depending on the use, it is advisable to clean the stone.
